Devon stumbled across her first yoga class after soccer practice one day in middle school, and has been hooked since that first savasana. She studied and practiced Ashtanga for many years before traveling to Mysore, India during the winter of 2017 to become a certified teacher. While she enjoys the physicality of an Ashtanga practice, she is a deep believer in the necessity of a balanced practice, and makes sure to find time each day for a Yin or Restorative session.
