Emily's yoga practice began over 20 years ago when she was in highschool, continuing off and on over the years as her body has allowed. An artist and designer by trade, yoga has helped her find access to a more peaceful existence. She has recently completed her 200-hour teacher training with Ali Matt and Jessica Baker at Twist Yoga Studio in Lake Oswego. She believes that every body is capable of doing yoga, but no single yoga practice is right for every body. Her classes emphasize breathing, bringing awareness to the body and honoring our individual needs.
